Guide10 take
Built around the burners, which is the right place to spend. Four full brass burners spread heat evenly instead of leaving one hot ring in the middle of the pan, and cast iron supports hold a loaded kadhai or cooker steady. The sealed top keeps spills on the glass rather than letting them run inside, and auto ignition lights every burner. The glass shows every fingerprint and cracks if you drop a heavy pan. Buy it if you want a wide hob for daily Indian cooking.
